Are The really Aliens on Earth?
We are not only hearing more and more about Aliens in the media nowadays, and the case building up to ‘life beyond planet earth’ we are now also hearing more about ‘Aliens being here on Planet Earth already’ something which a lot of us have believed for a long while.
It has been stated that “Aliens from outer space are already among us on earth” say Bulgarian government scientists who claim they are already in contact with extraterrestrial life! They have also added that scientists are already working on “deciphering a complex set of symbols” sent to them by the extraterrestrials!
It has been claimed that the leading Scientists are already working on a set of ‘Complex symbols’ which has been sent to them, of which they are desperately trying to decipher them out.

It has also been confirmed by the Scientists that the ET Beings are currently answering up to 30 questions for them.
Lachezar Filipov (pictured above) who is the deputy Director of the ‘Space Research Institute’ (S.R.I) of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, recently confirmed that the research was in effect.
Mr Filipov confirmed that they are investigating and analysing up to 150 Crop Circles from all over the world. He confirmed that he believes that the messages in the crop circles could very well have the answers.
Alien messages?

Mr Filipov explained that:
“Aliens are currently all around us, and are watching us all the time,” Mr Filipov told Bulgarian media.”They are not hostile towards us, rather, they want to help us but we have not grown enough in order to establish direct contact with them.” He said.
As us guys at U.I.P have recently confirmed, Mr Filipov also re-confirmed the fact that the Vatican Church had recently confirmed the existence of Extraterrestrial Beings in the Universe, which hugely helped to reinforce the fact that we are very much NOT alone!
Religion ‘accepting’ the existence of the ET Beings is an important step forward
Mr Filipov said that the had of the Catholic Church accepting the ET’s existence is an extremely important step forward with communicating with the Alien Beings.
Like us guys at U.I.P have confirmed in one of our previous posts about ‘ET contact through the mind’ Mr Filipov believes that the Human Race is not able to communicate with the ET’s through Radio signals, but instead would need to make contact through the power of thought – using telepathy!
‘Alien telepathy’ is key believes Mr Filipov and many other top leading scientists around the world.
Mr Filipov confirmed that:
“The human race was certainly going to have direct contact with the aliens in the next 10 to 15 years,” he said.”Extraterrestrials are critical of the people’s amoral behaviour referring to the humans’ interference in nature’s processes.”
Many close minded people have criticised the publication of the BAS researchers report concerning communicating with aliens, which has led to a rather heated debate between Bulgaria’s Finance Minister, Simeon Djankov, and President Georgi Parvanov – almost feeling like the BAS researchers had touched a nerve with the politicians!?
The ET’s have an important message for the Human Race
U.I.P SUMMARY – It is nice to see leading Scientists and researchers believe as much as many of us do that we ARE being visited by Extraterrestrial Beings and that they want to help the Human Race!
Although it is clear that the ‘Elite’ are not impressed by this kind of public behaviour, lets hope that these Scientists do not pay the ultimate price for pushing for the TRUTH (click HERE for more on this!). Many top researchers, Scientists and Doctors etc have strangely been killed off under peculiar circumstances, something which seems far too coincidental when you look at the areas of work that they were once involved in.
NASA engineer and expert pilot Alberto Behar crashed his small plane in the streets of L.A. on a clear day, the plane just lost altitude – Coincidence? Very unlikely!
Like I have stated in one of our previous posts, the Aliens appear to communicate in a ‘telepathic’ manner, something which is now reinforced by leading Scientists around the world. It is important that we all send a clear message to the ET’s that we DO want to communicate with them and we do NEED their help!
